Harbor Care’s MERIT program, short for Motivating and Empowering Recovery through Integrated Treatment, supports adults recovering from stimulant use disorders, including methamphetamine and cocaine. Serving the Greater Nashua and Manchester areas of Hillsborough County, MERIT takes a holistic approach that combines behavioral health care, substance use treatment, medical support, and real-world stability services. Participants can access medication-assisted treatment, peer recovery support, primary care connections, family services, and employment supports like resume building and interview prep. Services are offered on a sliding-fee scale and most insurance plans are accepted.
