Expressive Connections is a creative group where art and music come together to spark reflection and connection. Each session includes a guided art prompt and the sharing of songs that hold personal meaning, creating space for self-expression and thoughtful conversation in a supportive group setting. Held Fridays from 4 to 5 PM in the Art Room.
