Well Written is a members-only journaling group focused on personal growth through the Dimensions of Wellness. Each session includes a round-robin check-in, a short discussion on one wellness dimension, and guided journaling prompts for reflection. This is a calm, creative space to slow down, explore wellness, and express yourself through writing. Held Fridays from 6 to 7 PM in the conference room.
